Nicole Berlin began her career in event planning with Merv Griffin Productions, where she worked on high-profile celebrity events and developed a strong foundation in design, detail, and creating memorable experiences.

She later launched her own import business, specializing in private label products for the hospitality and design industries. Through over two decades of international travel and hands-on sourcing, Nicole built an extensive global network of manufacturers and artisans—giving her direct access to factories and the ability to produce elevated, custom products without the traditional layers of middlemen.

Her newest venture, Merch Maison, was inspired by her son's bar mitzvah, where she created a custom swag shop designed to resemble a boutique hotel gift store. The concept was an instant success, with guests drawn to the thoughtful, design-forward pieces and asking how to source them. What began as a personal, creative project quickly evolved into a new business.

Today, through Merch Maison, Nicole creates high-end, fully customized promotional products and branded experiences. By working directly with factories and leveraging decades of global relationships, she delivers distinctive, elevated pieces that feel curated, intentional, and far beyond traditional swag.
